Step 1: Gather proof of a Medical Marijuana
approved Qualifying Condition
Arkansas requires that patients prove that they have one of the following medical conditions to qualify for a Medical Marijuana card. This proof can be medical records from another healthcare provider, or if it is very obvious and could be seen over a webcam, such as a missing limb, that is enough proof.
Arkansas Qualifying Conditions List:
Resident of Arkansas, over the age of 18, with one of the following conditions:
- Cancer
- Glaucoma
- Positive status for human immunodeficiency virus/ acquired immune deficiency syndrome
- Hepatitis C
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
- Tourette’s syndrome
- Crohn’s disease
- Ulcerative colitis
- Post-traumatic stress disorder
- Severe arthritis
- Fibromyalgia
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Cachexia or wasting syndrome
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Intractable pain which is pain that has not responded to ordinary medications, treatment or surgical measures for more than six (6) months
- Severe nausea
- Seizures including without limitation those characteristic of epilepsy
- Severe and persistent muscle spasms including without limitation those characteristic of multiple sclerosis
and any other medical condition or its treatment approved by the Department of Health
If you already have medical records, or a condition that could be plainly seen on a camera during a remote visit, you can go to step 2.
If you do not currently have access to records proving that you have a qualifying medical condition, you may need to order copies. Fortunately, we make this easy with our medical records form.
If you have a qualifying condition that the doctor can plainly see during the telemedicine visit, records may not be required.

From here, you can wait for us to call and confirm or complete the intake form ahead of time.
